About Us

Malmal was born in October 2020 with a desire to bring in comfortable clothing as a style statement but as we moved forward, we found ourselves struggling with the conventional loop of trends and the increasing demand of what’s ‘Instagrammable.’ We felt there was a dire need to rethink about the mission and vision of the brand that aims at a bigger purpose to the community as a whole.

Today, tons of textile waste happens to be an unintended consequence of the industry and that is just a part of the fast fashion industry. It took a lot of rewiring for us to understand in order to change this we as a community needs to come together and slow down, buy effectively and produce ethically.

It has been difficult but after months of working against the wind to do the right thing, we are now starting to meet like-minded people who are equally passionate to strive for a better future. Our goal is to be an impactful Sustainability Movement led by members of the community. We are inspired by the belief that everyday people can shape and mould a society where everyone can uplift, empower and achieve their true potential.
