Shipping Policy

1. Here at Malmal, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping for any order is calculated based on its weight.

 

2. We make on a made to order basis and because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping info on the product page for individual shipping times.

 

3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

 

4. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if new location is within the same state.

 

5. Dispatched in a maximum of 3 business days as we work on a made to order basis. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information. Customers will get there product delivered between 2-5 days once shipped. 

Return &

Exchange Policy

Returns will be accepted within 5 days of delivery with the packaging and tags intact. Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only. For any queries related to your order, call us at +91-9929952832.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we

have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your

refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be

applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially

posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
