Meet Airavata, a mythical creature inspired from the tales of Ramayana. According to the tales, Airavata is a white elephant who carries the deity Indra. Also known as 'Abhra- Matanga’, which means elephant of the clouds. One of his names also means "the one who knits or binds the clouds".
Airavata is believed to have originated from churning the ocean of milk and also stands at the ends to Svarga, Indra's palace according to the legends.
